As a business woman I have over 25 years business experience in the health and social care, recruitment and beauty sectors. I am joint CEO of a private sector care home business and more recently I’m the founder of Leadership3sixty and WOW Beauty, both online businesses with inclusion at their core. This passion for Diversity & Inclusion has recently led to me becoming the Chair for the IEDP (institute of Equality & Diversity Practitioners).
There are 3 key threads that have consistently run through my career and it is the alignment of these that led me to create Leadership3sixty, they are…
1- Limitless potential- a passionate belief that we are all pure limitless potential, the idea that we only utilise 10% of our brains fascinates me: that it’s a journey that can be undertaken at any stage of our lives and that we can support each other in realising our potential … I love the Greenleaf idea of Enteos, the idea of ‘becoming’.
2- Diverse & inclusion in business & leadership: My broad intellectual interests have resulted in me reading and researching extensively on the subjects of leadership and personal development. My current emphasis is on authenticity and diversity in leadership and business: this is especially relevant to me as we witness the global clamour for a new leadership paradigm….a more representative and inclusive model.
3- Curiosity about people: I am endlessly motivated and inspired by meeting people and listening to their stories:the dynamism and diversity of people who are focused on realising their potential, working to make their dreams a reality or on the cusp of realising an entrepreneurial goal. The shared journey is becoming more and more relevant.
I love the fact that beauty is becoming more inclusive and representative of all of us! If there’s one thing that unites us all it is that looking good gives us confidence,” – Denis Rabor, international beauty expert, CEO and founder of WOW Beauty
