Author, Journalist, Speaker, Marketer, Trainer, Coach and Hugologist. Carole lives at the intersection of hugs (the hug is an acronym for hearing, understanding, giving back value), words and storytelling. Otherwise known as The Personal Brand Storyteller because of her ability to identify the Unique Conversation Point (UCP) of an individualʼs brand story.
Carole is an idea catalyst and marketing strategist with 20+ years in marketing and event management. Described by her peers as creative, inspirational, insightful and fun her
career has spanned the public, private and voluntary sectors managing major campaigns and creating inspiring events. She is currently the editor of Gorgeous Bride Magazine, the UKʼs only magazine for plus size brides.

Carole is an accomplished workshop facilitator having cut her teeth presenting marketing workshops for the Coaching Academy. She was also a senior lecturer at Southbank University on the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s eMarketing Course and is the Marketing Specialist on Portobello’s Business Centreʼs Business Enterprise Programme.

She is on a mission, under the umbrella of Words that Deliver, to see people (women in particular) connect with their awesomeness so they unlock the value of their personal brands, create greater impact and generate more income.
Carole firmly believes that it only takes a SPARK – Story, Passion, Authenticity, Relevance, Know-how – to set your personal brand on fire!

From Chronic to credible Living with a chronic condition and the after-effects of a stroke, which on a daily basis threatens to debilitate her, Carole has discovered that she is a “no limits” kind of girl who believes that challenges are simply stepping-stones to success.
Her approach is simple, straightforward and solution focused. Combining enthusiasm with
creativity and intuition, she has the unique ability to put people at ease and to inspire and empower them to overcome their obstacles and challenges to achieve greater success.
Famous for hugging Nelson Mandela, people who connect with her are inspired by her words and profound insight and cannot help being motivated to “raise their bar”, take control of their lives, and achieve new levels of performance and success.
One of her favourite quotes is “Life is too short so letʼs eat dessert first” and as a certified laughter leader, there is bound to be a bit of fun when she is around.
